Prior to joining Flipspaces, Santosh Upadhyay spent several years with IndusInd Bank, where he held senior leadership roles including EVP – Head Corporate Services and earlier SVP / VP – National Head – Admin, Procurement, Projects & CRE at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the bank. In these roles, he led large-scale corporate services, procurement, logistics, facilities, and infrastructure operations supporting 48,000+ employees across 3,800+ branches nationwide, driving standardisation, centralised procurement, cost optimisation, and operational excellence at scale.
Before IndusInd Bank, Santosh Upadhyay served as National Head – Commercial, Admin & CRE at Magicbricks (Times Group), where he led pan-India infrastructure expansion, lease negotiations, facilities management, and commercial operations. His work enabled rapid growth with minimal business disruption while delivering significant cost efficiencies across multiple locations.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Samsung Electronics, heading General Affairs, Facilities, Procurement, and Commercial Operations for Samsung’s R&D Institute in Noida, one of the company’s largest global research centers. He also built deep logistics, facilities, and business support expertise through roles at Gati Limited, Reliance Retail, and hospitality and facilities management organizations across India, the Middle East, and Australia.
