Cairo, Egypt, March 2025 – Sara Yousri has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Tam OilField Services, bringing over 18 years of HR leadership experience across oilfield services, financial technology, FMCG, and telecommunications. In her new role, she will lead HR transformation, talent management, compensation strategy, and organizational effectiveness to support Tam OilField Services’ continued growth in Egypt’s energy sector.
Before joining Tam OilField Services, Yousri served as Group Total Rewards Head at Geidea, where she was responsible for compensation and benefits strategies, salary benchmarking, and HR transformation across multiple markets. Her expertise in job evaluation, change management, and strategic HR planning played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and business effectiveness.
Prior to that, she was Manager of Total Rewards at Talabat, where she designed and implemented rewards frameworks, employee benefits programs, and strategic compensation structures. She was instrumental in fostering a culture of fairness and competitiveness within the organization.
She also held a Compensation & Benefits leadership role at Eli Lilly and Company, where she successfully launched HRIS systems, global reward programs, and workforce budgeting initiatives. Additionally, her tenure at The Coca-Cola Company as Senior HR Business Partner saw her leading talent acquisition, payroll management, and global mobility support.
Earlier in her career, she worked as HR Business Partner at Ericsson, where she gained hands-on experience in personnel management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
