Lagos State, Nigeria, November 2024 – Sammaaru Naomi Ekpo has joined Mainstreet Capital Limited (MCL) as Head of Human Resources and Administration. In her new role, she will oversee key HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll management, training and development, office administration, and staff welfare. Naomi’s leadership is expected to enhance operational efficiency and foster a high-performance culture at MCL.
Before joining Mainstreet Capital Limited, Naomi served as Executive Assistant and People Operations Manager at QURAMO Publishing, where she led HR initiatives, team management, and operations oversight, contributing to the company’s talent management and operational growth.
Previously, she worked at Zenturi Integrated Systems LTD. as People and Client Operations Manager, where she focused on talent management, communication, and leadership development. Her role included optimizing HR processes and supporting client operations remotely.
At La Sien Group, Naomi was the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, managing high-level administrative functions and supporting executive leadership across offices in Accra, Ghana, and Lagos, Nigeria.
Naomi also held the position of Human Resources Training Coordinator at Habiba Balogun Consulting (HBC), where she facilitated HR training programs and developed strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness.
Her early career includes roles as People Operations and Community Manager at Cranium One, and various positions at NetPlusDotCom and Jumia Nigeria, where she honed her expertise in customer service, operations, and team leadership.
