Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2024 – Priya Gupta has been appointed as the Country Head of Sol-Bright, a global leader in robotic cleaning systems and wind power solutions. In her new role, Priya will oversee Sol-Bright’s business operations in India, including business development, contracts, project execution, and after-sales services, ensuring the company’s continued growth and success in the region.
Before joining Sol-Bright, Priya served as India General Manager and Business Director at the same company, where she was instrumental in heading India’s business operations, including project execution and after-sales management.
Prior to Sol-Bright, she worked as a Technical Key Accounts Manager at SUNPURE Technology Co., Ltd. for two years. She was responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in India by establishing strategic partnerships and enhancing brand recognition.
At NTPC Limited, Priya contributed to the International Business Division, managing solar park projects in Cuba and developing project reports for pilot solarisation initiatives across 47 countries. Her responsibilities included bidding for consultancy and project assignments, cost estimation, and design review.
Priya also held key roles at Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd., where she served as a Tendering & Cost Manager for India and international solar projects. She managed cost estimations, supplier relationships, and project bidding for regions like Brazil, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
Her earlier experiences include positions at Rays Power Infra Limited, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, and Mahindra Susten, where she honed her expertise in tendering, estimation, and project management for renewable energy solutions.
