Boca Raton, Florida, United States, September 2024 — Sarah Edge has taken on the new role of Vice President of Human Resources at Charter Steel. In this key leadership role, she will oversee all HR functions for the company, contributing to workforce development and organizational strategies.
Prior to this promotion, Sarah Edge served as HR Director at Charter Steel for approximately one year, where she led HR initiatives related to Digital Technology, Finance, and HR functions. Her responsibilities included driving talent acquisition and HR transformation.
Before her tenure at Charter Steel, Sarah spent nearly eight years at Fiserv, where she held several progressive roles, including Sr. HR Director of Account Processing, HR Manager of Corporate Functions, and HR Analyst. During her time at Fiserv, Sarah was instrumental in supporting talent management and development strategies.
Sarah also gained experience at Bemis Company, Inc., where she spent nearly three years as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Consultant. At Bemis, she played a vital role in supporting key divisions in HR activities and developing hiring programs.
Early in her career, Sarah began building her HR expertise through internships and roles in HR at Racine County Court House and Hostak, Henzl & Bichler, S.C. where she developed skills in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
