Sarah’s journey at EllisDon spans over three and a half years, during which she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to developing people-first strategies. She has progressed through several pivotal roles — from Assistant Manager to Manager, and most recently Senior Manager, People & Culture — where she played an instrumental role in driving talent development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation. Her promotion to Director reflects her proven expertise in aligning people practices with business goals and nurturing EllisDon’s collaborative culture.
Before joining EllisDon, Sarah gained valuable experience in various public sector roles, including Human Resources Associate at the City of Brampton and Public Health Assistant at the Region of Peel, where she supported programs enhancing workforce wellness and community resilience. She also held HR positions at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, City of Brampton, and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, contributing to diverse HR initiatives spanning recruitment, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
As a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Sarah combines analytical rigor with empathetic leadership.
