(Nasdaq: WSBC), a diversified, multi-state bank holding company, has announced the appointment of Jan Pattishall-Krupinski as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, effective immediately. This strategic leadership change reflects WesBanco’s dedication to aligning its structure for long-term growth and adapting to evolving business and stakeholder needs.
In her new role, Pattishall-Krupinski will oversee bank and loan operations, customer service, corporate strategy, and project management while reporting directly to Jeff Jackson, President and CEO of WesBanco. Her role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring strategic alignment to meet organizational goals in a dynamic financial services environment.

A WesBanco veteran since 2011, Pattishall-Krupinski has most recently served as Executive Vice President and Director of Operations, where she played a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency and driving innovation across the organization.

Jan Pattishall-Krupinski holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she serves on the boards of Crittenton Services, Leadership West Virginia, and The Junior League of Wheeling. She will continue to operate from WesBanco’s corporate headquarters in Wheeling, West Virginia.
