In her new role, Sarah will lead strategic people initiatives, foster inclusive workplace practices, and drive organizational transformation to strengthen EllisDon’s culture and performance.
Sarah has been with EllisDon for nearly seven years, steadily advancing through roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Director, People & Culture, where she focused on shaping HR strategies to support business growth and talent development. Before that, she held positions including Senior Manager, People & Culture, Assistant Manager, People & Culture, and People & Culture Coordinator, gaining expertise across talent management, workforce engagement, and organizational development.
Earlier in her career, Sarah contributed her expertise as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EllisDon, a Human Resources Coordinator at Bluewater Imaging, and a Human Resources Assistant at Sunwing. Her professional journey also includes leadership and customer-facing roles in hospitality, which sharpened her people skills and her ability to manage diverse teams in dynamic environments.
Sarah holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), reflecting her commitment to advancing HR standards and practices.
