Hong Kong, March 2025 – Sarah Meskell has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources Asia Pacific at Groupe SEB, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development across the region. In this role, she will oversee workforce planning, leadership development, and HR transformation, ensuring alignment with Groupe SEB’s long-term growth objectives in the Asia Pacific market.
Sarah has been an integral part of Groupe SEB for over 11 years, previously serving as Human Resources Director for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (D-A-CH). In this capacity, she was responsible for HR policies, talent strategy, organizational development, and change management across three key European markets. Her leadership helped establish a strong employee engagement culture and workforce efficiency in the region.
Before taking on the role of HR Director, Sarah served as Human Resources Business Partner for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, where she was instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and training programs. She also played a crucial role in HR project management and strategic HR initiatives, contributing to the company’s long-term HR vision.
Earlier in her career, Sarah led Groupe SEB’s international employer branding and recruitment initiatives as International Campus Manager. She was responsible for promoting Groupe SEB as an employer of choice, forging partnerships with universities, and developing talent acquisition programs to attract high-potential candidates.
