Columbus, OH, May 2024 – Huntington National Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Pohmer as Chief Human Resources Officer. With over 26 years of strategic HR leadership experience, Sarah is set to steer Huntington’s human resources strategy and contribute to the bank’s growth and success.
Before joining Huntington National Bank, Sarah served for nearly 25 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in various senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, she was Managing Director, Head of HR for the Consumer Bank, where she provided strategic HR guidance to the business. In her prior role as Managing Director and Head of HR for Card and Connected Commerce, Sarah played a key role in overseeing the human resources strategy for the division. She also served as Head of HR for Business Banking and Staff functions. Sarah’s career at JPMorgan Chase began in 2000 as Vice President, HR Manager.
Prior to JPMorgan Chase, she held the role of Sales Manager at Maxim Group LLC.
