Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, February 2025 – Sarah Wandschneider has joined Omni Workspace as Chief People Officer, bringing extensive expertise in human resources leadership, organizational transformation, and talent management. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving HR strategies, cultural transformation, and leadership development to support the company’s growth and workforce engagement.
Before joining Omni Workspace, Sarah served as Vice President of Human Resources at Canon Medical Informatics for over two years, where she played a key role in large-scale change management, organizational alignment, and HR transformation. Her contributions helped shape workforce strategies that supported innovation and business expansion.

Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Walker Methodist for over seven years, including Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. In these roles, she led HR innovation, talent management strategies, and benefit design initiatives. She also established an Organizational Effectiveness department, developing a 12-month leadership development program and bi-annual Leader Forums to enhance workforce alignment.
Her earlier career includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, where she oversaw HR operations, implemented a 401(k) restructuring initiative, and developed an employee progression framework. She also held executive HR roles at the Science Museum of Minnesota, C.H. Robinson, and Deluxe Corporation, contributing significantly to organizational culture, change management, and employee engagement.
