Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — Sarita Mishra has been appointed as Head Talent Acquisition – India at Johnson Controls, where she will lead the talent acquisition strategy and talent agenda for the company’s India business operations. Based in Bengaluru, she brings nearly two decades of experience in spearheading talent initiatives across top global organizations in technology, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Sarita Mishra served at GSK for nearly five years in multiple leadership roles. She initially led technology hiring for GSK GCC India and later played a pivotal role as Senior Talent Acquisition Leader, driving talent strategy for commercial, marketing, and supply chain verticals. She also served as the DEI Champion and led recruitment risk and compliance for APAC.
Before GSK, she spent over two years at GE HealthCare as Talent Acquisition Leader for commercial, service, and manufacturing functions. Prior to that, she held another key position at GE as Talent Recruitment Leader – Engineering & Technology, where she led hiring efforts across Aviation, Power, GRC, and Renewable Energy units, as well as early talent strategies and Edison Leadership Programs.
Earlier, Sarita held the role of Manager – Talent Acquisition at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she managed global stakeholders, oversaw RPO delivery models, and led various initiatives including campus strategies and TA technology integration. She has also worked with Valtech India, Tech Mahindra, and Charter Global, gaining well-rounded exposure to recruitment, stakeholder management, and leadership hiring across global business environments.
