In her new role, Saswati will play a key part in driving talent strategy, workforce transformation, and organizational culture to align with Trinity’s mission of providing data-driven insights and strategic solutions to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
Before joining Trinity Life Sciences, Saswati was Head of Human Resources (India & MEA) at Evalueserve, where she led business HR strategies across multiple geographies, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring talent transformation aligned with the company’s rapid growth. She also spearheaded the corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, reinforcing Evalueserve’s commitment to community engagement.
Prior to Evalueserve, Saswati served as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Cheil Worldwide, a leading digital marketing and advertising firm under the Samsung Group. During her five-year tenure, she was instrumental in upgrading talent frameworks, restructuring leadership teams, and digitizing HR processes. Additionally, she managed the Legal, CSR, Corporate Communication, and Administration departments, reinforcing Cheil’s commitment to a people-first culture.
Before her time at Cheil, Saswati was Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Media India, where she played a crucial role in leadership integration, restructuring, and talent transformation. She worked across multiple agencies within the Publicis Group, including Zenith, Starcom, Performics, and Convonix, driving synergies between teams and fostering collaboration across brands.
Her earlier experiences include leading human resources at CyberMedia, JWT, and Evalueserve, where she gained extensive exposure to employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. With her deep expertise in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and digital transformation, Saswati has consistently been at the forefront of shaping organizational culture and driving business impact.
