Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Satheesh Kumar K.V has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Choice Insurance Broking India Pvt. Ltd. In this new role, he will lead the company’s technology strategy and digital innovation agenda, focusing on building scalable solutions to strengthen insurance intermediation, enhance customer experience, and accelerate growth in India’s evolving insurance landscape.
Satheesh brings with him more than two decades of experience across leading insurance and broking organizations. Before joining Choice Insurance Broking, he was Vice President – Commercial Lines at Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, where he managed strategic client portfolios and drove growth in corporate insurance solutions.
Earlier, he co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at Amicus Insurance Broking Services Private Limited, where he spent over 14 years shaping the company’s technical and operational backbone, building a client-centric approach based on transparency and accountability. He also contributed to the integration of Amicus with First Policy Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., serving as Regional Director, helping expand value delivery across India.
His career also includes leadership roles with Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd as Vice President, HSBC Insurance Brokers (India) Ltd as Assistant Director – Marketing, and The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. as Divisional Manager. These experiences equipped him with deep expertise in marketing, client servicing, and strategic insurance operations.
