Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 — Saurabh Katekar has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (RRE) at DivyaSree Developers. In his new role, he will spearhead operational strategies and project execution, driving efficiency and growth while strengthening DivyaSree’s leadership in premium residential and commercial developments across South India.
Katekar joins DivyaSree from Arvind SmartSpaces, where he served as National Head (Projects). In this capacity, he oversaw large-scale developments, driving innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence across multiple geographies.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President (Projects) at Kalpataru Limited, where he directed township projects in Pune and Hyderabad, and before that served as Vice President (Projects) at Shapoorji Pallonji Joyville Pvt Ltd, where he played a key role in constructing integrated township projects in Pune and Mumbai.
His earlier career includes a significant tenure at LODHA Group as Associate Vice President (Construction Management), where he led landmark developments such as the 130-acre Belmondo integrated township in Pune and the New Cuffe Parade project in Mumbai. He also held leadership roles internationally, working with Towell Construction & Co. LLC in Muscat and Charlios Apostolide WLL in Bahrain, where he managed the construction of high-rise buildings and township projects.
Katekar began his professional journey with Larsen & Toubro Limited, where he spent nearly 15 years in project execution, gaining deep expertise in civil construction, large-scale infrastructure, and project management. His extensive experience across India and international markets positions him strongly to contribute to DivyaSree Developers’ ambitious growth agenda.
