Pranaav has been with Agama Solutions Inc for more than 17 years, building a distinguished career that reflects deep commitment and consistent leadership within the organization. Most recently, he served as Vice President, where he was instrumental in expanding client partnerships, scaling service delivery, and aligning business operations with evolving technology demands.
Earlier, he served as Director, Information Technology Services, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening IT consulting practices, streamlining service offerings, and ensuring technology-driven efficiency across client engagements. His leadership in this role reinforced Agama’s reputation for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Before rising into senior leadership, Pranaav gained extensive experience across roles within Agama, contributing to its consulting and delivery practices and ensuring adherence to quality and on-time performance benchmarks. Prior to joining Agama Solutions, he began his career as a QA Engineer at Pelco, where he developed a strong foundation in quality assurance and engineering practices.
