Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Saurabh Dalvi has been appointed as Head of HR, IT Services India at DHL Express, strengthening the company’s HR leadership in the region. He brings with him over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, marked by deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
Saurabh has been an integral part of DHL Express for more than 15 years, during which he played pivotal roles across various domains of the HR function. Most recently, he served as Head – Talent Management (Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement), where he shaped pan-India hiring strategies, boosted employee engagement, and helped foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
Prior to that, he held the role of Head – Performance & Programs at DHL, where he was responsible for HR performance and reporting, and for driving regional and global HR programs across India. His tenure in these roles has been marked by his ability to create scalable HR systems and to drive strategic people initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
Before joining DHL, Saurabh gained valuable experience as Business HR Partner at Lavasa Corporation Ltd, contributing to HR initiatives for India’s first planned hill city project. He was earlier part of Patni Computers as a Business HR Executive, managing HR responsibilities for the VnV Business Unit.
Earlier in his career, Saurabh served in HR outsourcing at Hewitt Associates, and as an HR Executive at Patni Computer Services, further honing his understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management across industries.
