Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — Indifi has announced the appointment of Saurabh Maloo as Chief Compliance Officer. In his new role, Maloo leads regulatory compliance, governance and enterprise risk oversight for Indifi’s fast-growing SME lending platform, strengthening RBI-aligned compliance-by-design across products and operations while embedding a culture of ethics, transparency and accountability.
At Indifi, Saurabh Maloo has taken charge as Chief Compliance Officer, spearheading regulatory governance, risk oversight and compliance architecture aligned with RBI regulations, and institutionalising compliance-by-design across lending products and operations.
Previously, at Cashfree Payments, Maloo served as Director – Regulatory Compliance, strengthening fintech regulatory frameworks and operational compliance readiness.
Prior to this, at Jupiter, he was Director of Compliance and Board Member for Jupiter P2P NBFC, where he led board-level compliance governance, NBFC regulatory frameworks and supervisory readiness.
Earlier, at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation – India, Maloo held the role of Country Compliance Risk Manager & Corporate Secretary – India, strengthening enterprise compliance risk management, corporate secretarial governance and regulatory engagement.
He also served at KrazyBee as Manager – Legal & Compliance, advancing fintech legal and compliance frameworks.
Earlier in his career, at PayU, Maloo progressed through roles including Company Secretary, Company Secretary & Regulatory Compliance, Assistant Manager – Legal & Compliance, Senior Executive – Legal & Compliance, and Management Intern, building a comprehensive foundation in payments, lending and regulatory compliance.
He began his professional journey at Manish Maheshwari & Associates as Executive, and also co-managed entrepreneurial operations at MGF (Green Oil) Company, strengthening his early exposure to compliance, operations and business governance.
