Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Justine Cooper as the new Vice President of Human Resources for the Pacific Zone. Cooper is tasked with overseeing the human resources functions and spearheading the company’s cultural transformation across Australia and New Zealand.
In her new role, Cooper brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of successful HR leadership, having joined Schneider Electric in November 2022. Over the past year and four months, she has played a crucial role in aligning the company’s people strategy with its operational goals, making significant strides in driving Schneider Electric’s vision across the region.
Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Cooper held significant roles across various organizations, enhancing her expertise in human resources and strategic planning. Notably, she served as the Head of Brook Graham for the Asia Pacific region, where she led the launch and was instrumental in integrating the firm with Pinsent Masons. Her experience also extends to significant tenures at major institutions such as the Westpac Group and Barclays Bank Plc, where she led various transformational programs and HR strategies.
