Before Seintiv Talent Solutions, he worked with KPMG Lower Gulf as CHRO and with Landmark Group as Group HR Head. His career spans more than 30 years and covers various sectors, such as retail, hospitality, consultancy, technology, oil & gas, and e-commerce. He is also on the advisory board for various small- and- large companies.
He is known for his extensive experience in HR transformation and leadership talent management for global organisations across the US, South Asia, and the Middle East.
Sinha is a passion-driven leader who loves to help industry leaders and mid-careerists with his expertise in the field of HR—guiding them through their career blind spots.
His book on leadership career management- “Breakthrough: The Framework for an Inspired Career” has guided many leaders globally, so that they could renew their career path positively.
His book is used as a reference in many executive education programs. He is an EGF Fellow in Inclusion and Diversity from Columbia University’s Business School. He has played a vital role in developing innovative solutions for building sustainable and diverse manpower across many organisations.
