Malta, February 2025 – Charmaine Gauci has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at Finductive Ltd, where she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent management, and organizational development. With a strong background in HR leadership, she will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people-first culture while driving key initiatives to enhance workforce engagement and performance.
Gauci has been with Finductive Ltd for the past three years, previously serving as Head of Human Resources, where she was instrumental in enhancing employee relations, recruitment strategies, and leadership development programs. Prior to joining Finductive, she worked at Zanzi Homes as Real Estate Manager, where she developed strong business acumen and leadership expertise. She also held a Human Resources Manager role at Valhmor, where she focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
Earlier in her career, she spent six years at Lidl Malta Ltd, holding multiple HR and operations leadership roles, including Sales Area Manager, Recruitment, Training & Development Manager, and District Sales Manager. Before that, she spent nearly 17 years at McDonald’s, where she grew through various leadership positions, ultimately serving as Senior Operations Manager, gaining extensive experience in operations management, customer service, and employee training.
With over two decades of experience in human resources, operations, and leadership development, Gauci is set to drive Finductive’s HR strategy to new heights, ensuring a dynamic and people-centric work environment.
