Nashua, New Hampshire, United States, August 2025 – Shannon Levesque has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer at Southern New Hampshire Health. In her new role, she will oversee the organization’s people strategy, workforce development, and talent initiatives, strengthening its ability to deliver exceptional healthcare services across the region.
Most recently, Shannon Levesque served as Interim Divisional VP, HRBP – Community Hospitals at Beth Israel Lahey Health, where she guided HR operations and provided strategic support to enhance workforce alignment across community hospital networks.
Prior to that, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Exeter Health Resources Inc., where she spent over two years leading HR transformation initiatives, building organizational capability, and advancing workforce engagement strategies in healthcare.
Earlier, at Boston Children’s Hospital, Shannon held dual leadership positions: VP, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning and Interim VP, Learning and Development. Over nearly three years, she played a pivotal role in developing workforce planning models, strengthening talent pipelines, and leading leadership development programs to support the hospital’s mission of excellence in pediatric healthcare.
Previously, she spent four years at Baystate Health, serving as VP, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning and Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition. She focused on strategic workforce development, succession planning, and recruitment operations across the healthcare system.
Shannon’s earlier career included senior HR leadership roles in the technology and financial services sectors. She was Sr. Director, Recruiting & Operations at Fujitsu, AVP, Strategic Recruiting and Director, HR – Strategic Operations at MassMutual, and Director, Human Resources at Chordiant Software. She also held leadership roles in talent acquisition at Keane Incorporated and Kronos Incorporated, and began her career as a recruiter at Career Connections.
Shannon Levesque holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Rivier University, equipping her with a strong academic foundation in leadership, strategic HR management, and organizational development.
