Minneapolis, Minnesota,United States, September 2025 — Shelby Eckerman has been appointed as Global Chief Financial Officer at Johnson Screens, a brand of Aqseptence Group, a leading global provider of screening and auxiliary solutions. In this new role, she will lead the company’s global financial strategy, governance, and operations, driving sustainable growth and supporting its mission of protecting lives and natural resources through innovative technologies.
Shelby joins Johnson Screens after a distinguished tenure at Cutera, Inc., where she held multiple senior leadership positions including Vice President of Finance, Investor Relations, IT, Treasury, and Commercial Operations. Her leadership was instrumental in advancing financial planning, investor engagement, and operational alignment to support business transformation.
Previously, Shelby served as Senior Director of Commercial Operations at ATEC Spine, where she built critical financial and operational processes from the ground up, implemented interactive reporting systems, and supported turnaround strategies.
She also held senior leadership roles at Wright Medical and Tornier, where she drove global financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial operations for large-scale medical device organizations. Earlier in her career, Shelby spent over a decade at ConAgra Foods and Pillsbury/General Mills, where she gained extensive experience in finance, P&L management, pricing, and strategic planning.
With more than two decades of progressive financial leadership across healthcare, medtech, and consumer sectors, Shelby brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy, operations, and business transformation to her new role at Johnson Screens.
