Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 – Shelendra Singh has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Birla Precision Technologies Limited, where he will lead HR strategy, capability building, organisational development, industrial relations, and people transformation across the company’s engineering and manufacturing divisions. His new role focuses on strengthening the talent landscape, enhancing workforce productivity, and aligning people processes with the organisation’s strategic and expansion priorities.
Before joining Birla Precision Technologies Limited, Shelendra spent nearly a decade at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., where he progressed through significant HR leadership positions. In his most recent role as General Manager – HR, he guided critical HR interventions across performance management, industrial relations, and enterprise-wide talent management. This exposure helped shape his ability to navigate diverse HR landscapes and manage the complexities of large-scale operations. His academic background strengthened this professional journey—having completed his management education at IIM Ahmedabad, followed by earlier studies in HR at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), he brings a strong blend of strategic HR expertise and business-oriented thinking to his leadership roles.
The initial phase of his career allowed him to build deep expertise in people processes, talent management, and organisational development—capabilities that now underpin his leadership at the CXO level and shape his approach to driving modern HR transformation.
