Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Shri Balaji Global, one of Central India’s largest manufacturers and exporters of rice, has appointed Shivali Chandel as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this leadership role, Shivali will focus on building a culture that values, inspires, and empowers employees, driving talent strategy, performance systems, engagement, and leadership development to strengthen the company’s growth journey.
Shivali joins Shri Balaji Global after serving as HR Manager at GoComet, where she played a critical role in advancing HR processes and supporting organizational growth for over three years.
Previously, she was Director at Changing Lanes Pvt. Ltd., where she led people strategy and operations, and Manager – Human Resources at NGRT Systems Pvt. Ltd., where she managed HR functions for over six years.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Trainer at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd., shaping talent through training and development initiatives, and as an HR Intern at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. (Domino’s Pizza), gaining early exposure to HR systems and employee engagement.
Her career also includes roles beyond HR, such as Counsellor at CL Educate Ltd., Front Office Executive at ITDC Ashok – Alliance Hotels, and Hospitality Executive at Raisoni Group of Institutions, which enriched her skills in people interaction, client management, and service excellence.
Shivali holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from RCOEM, Nagpur, equipping her with both strategic and operational expertise in human resources.
