India, January 2026 — Edenred has announced the appointment of Shivani Singh as Chief People Officer – India. In this role, Singh will lead Edenred’s people strategy, organisational effectiveness, leadership development and HR transformation agenda for its India operations, strengthening inclusive culture, digital HR platforms and talent architecture across the country.
At Edenred, Shivani Singh has assumed charge as Chief People Officer – India, driving people strategy, workforce planning, leadership capability building, HR transformation and culture initiatives supporting Edenred’s expanding India business.
Previously, at Vizima, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading HR, IT and Operations with full P&L responsibility, strengthening organisational effectiveness, governance, talent frameworks and multi-geo expansion.
Earlier, she co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer, leading organisational design, people systems and operational strategy for an entrepreneurial venture.
Prior to this, at New Energy Nexus, Singh was Global HR Director & Head HR, where she built global HR operations across 15 countries, implemented enterprise people strategy and led diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Before that, at Home Credit International, she held senior HR leadership roles including HR Business Partner Lead & Funding Partner (Philippines) and Head HR – Sales Function (India), scaling workforces of 12,000–19,000 employees, enabling revenue growth and driving digitally enabled HR transformation.
Earlier in her career, she worked as Associate HR Business Partner at Concentrix supporting Microsoft businesses, and began her HR journey with Tech Mahindra and PepsiCo.
