Pune, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 — Shivraj Sabale has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Xoriant, a move that marks a significant milestone in his career. In his new role, Shivraj will lead operations and growth strategy across Xoriant’s global delivery and innovation functions, drawing from over two decades of experience in the software engineering and technology space.
Alongside his executive responsibilities at Xoriant, Shivraj continues to serve the broader technology ecosystem as the President of SEAP Pune (Software Exporters’ Association of Pune). His leadership at SEAP builds on his earlier tenures as Vice President and Executive Council Member, where he helped establish platforms for leaders, engineers, and organizations to collaborate and address pressing challenges across Pune and Maharashtra’s IT industry.
Prior to joining Xoriant, Shivraj held several senior leadership roles at Globant, where he served as APAC Head, Tech Partner, and Technical Director & Site Manager. In these capacities, he oversaw growth and operational excellence for the company’s Asia Development Centres, focusing on business strategy, capacity building, and cross-functional team leadership.
Before Globant, he made significant contributions at Clarice Technologies, serving in roles such as Director of Product Development and Senior Manager – Product Development, where he led end-to-end product delivery, QA operations, and engineering excellence across global teams.
Earlier in his career, Shivraj worked at GS Lab, where he was Team Lead and Senior Member of Technical Staff, leading automation initiatives and driving quality assurance across complex product platforms. He also gained early experience at Tenzeng Solutions, contributing to location-based simulation testing during an academic engagement.
Shivraj’s academic background is equally distinguished, with learning stints at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and La Trobe University, equipping him with a rich blend of strategic, operational, and technical expertise.
