Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Shravan Bajaj has been promoted to Director – Talent Acquisition at Snabbit, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey within the fast-growing quick-service home solutions platform.
Shravan joined Snabbit in 2025 as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition and, within a short span, has stepped into the Director role, where he will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy, leadership hiring, and workforce scaling initiatives. In this expanded role, he will be responsible for building high-impact hiring frameworks, strengthening employer branding, and enabling rapid organizational growth to support Snabbit’s hyperlocal, tech-enabled home services model.
Before joining Snabbit, Shravan spent over three years at Ola, where he led technology, R&D, product, and executive hiring across key business verticals including Ola Krutrim, Ola Electric, and Ola Consumer (Cabs, ONDC, and Financial Services). He played a pivotal role in Tech & AI leadership hiring and executive talent acquisition during a critical growth phase for the organization.
Earlier in his career, Shravan held leadership roles at AvistaTech, where he mentored and developed recruitment teams while managing end-to-end hiring across a wide range of technologies including AI, cloud architecture, data science, DevOps, enterprise architecture, and executive-level roles such as VP of Engineering and Director-level positions. His experience also includes roles at Goldman Sachs, KORE1, and Advent Global Solutions, where he built expertise in IT staffing, stakeholder management, and leadership hiring.
