Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Shreyash Shivhare has stepped into a new role as Vice President – HR Business Partner for Financial Institutions & Trade and Treasury Solutions (TTS) Sales at Citi, marking a strategic elevation in his journey with the global banking leader. In this expanded role, Shreyash will support dynamic business verticals spanning Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, playing a key role in shaping HR strategy for regional sales teams across Citi’s institutional client group.
Since joining Citi in 2021, Shreyash has worked across multiple HR functions — from total rewards to business partnering — steadily progressing through pivotal roles including AVP – Total Rewards for Asia-Pacific and Management Associate – Business Partner for Trade & Treasury Tech and Rates & Currencies. His versatility, people-first approach, and cross-functional insight have consistently positioned him as a high-impact HR professional.
Before his journey with Citi, Shreyash gathered diverse experience through internships at Marico, Reckitt, Wipro, and CEAT, and began his professional career as an Application Development Associate at Accenture.
A graduate of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, with a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations, and a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from IET DAVV, Indore, Shreyash blends strong analytical foundations with modern HR expertise to empower business transformation.
