Sunnyvale, California, United States, September 2024 – Shubhradeep Guha has been appointed as the Global Chief Delivery Officer at Publicis Sapient, where he will be responsible for overseeing global client engagements and ensuring seamless delivery across the company’s diverse portfolio. Shubhradeep brings over two decades of experience in strategic leadership and delivery excellence across global markets, with a focus on transforming businesses through digital solutions.
Before rejoining Publicis Sapient, Shubhradeep held the role of Managing Director, Media Services at Google for over eight years. His most recent responsibility was leading the CPG, Media & Entertainment, and LatAm divisions, where he was instrumental in activating AI-led solutions for top advertisers across North America. Prior to this, he successfully established and optimized operations for Google’s Video and Display Ads and Search Media Services.
From 2014 to 2016, Shubhradeep served as the Global Lead for Digital Marketing & Content at Publicis Sapient, leading one of the company’s largest practices. He was responsible for driving digital marketing solutions for clients in industries such as retail, BFSI, and travel. He also played a significant role as Business Lead India, steering award-winning projects for key global and Indian brands.
Earlier in his career, Shubhradeep held various leadership roles at SapientNitro, Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, and HCL Infosystems, contributing to the growth of digital capabilities and global delivery models.
