Boca Raton, Florida, USA, October 2024 – Clifton Lambert has taken on the role of Vice President of Field Human Resources at Jushi Holdings Inc., a leading company in the cannabis industry. In this position, Clifton will lead field HR operations across Jushi’s national footprint, driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring strong support for the company’s growing workforce.
Clifton has been with Jushi Holdings Inc. for nearly six years. Prior to his promotion, he served as Senior Director of Field Human Resources, where he was instrumental in managing HR functions for retail operations. His previous roles at Jushi also include Director of Retail Human Resources and Senior Manager of Human Resources, Corporate, where he oversaw compensation, conflict resolution, and HR metrics.
Before joining Jushi, Clifton worked at Alorica, where he held various HR leadership positions, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Human Resources Manager. He also has extensive experience in human resources through his time with Delaware North, where he served as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Manager in multiple locations.
