Kristin O’Brien Appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Intelex

Intelex, a leading global provider of SaaS-based Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) management software, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and Reading, UK, is proud to announce the appointment of Kristin O’Brien as the new Vice President of Human Resources.

With a distinguished career exceeding two decades, Kristin’s journey through the HR landscape has been marked by significant international experiences across Australia, Europe, and the United States, making her an ideal fit for Intelex’s global operations.

Kristin’s career has been characterized by senior HR roles in various sectors, including her time as Global Director, HR at General Mills, and her most recent position as Senior Director Human Resources at MKS Instruments. Her extensive background is expected to enrich Intelex’s HR capabilities profoundly.

In her new role at Intelex, Kristin is tasked with a crucial mission: to bridge business objectives with the talent, organizational, and cultural frameworks of the company. Her approach is aimed at nurturing an engaging work environment that bolsters growth and opportunity for all employees, thereby contributing to the company’s ethos of innovation and expansive growth ambitions.

A pivotal element of her strategy involves the enhancement of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), which seeks to articulate and deliver on the promises that make Intelex an exemplary workplace.
