Bringing over a decade of comprehensive HR experience, Priyanka’s career has been marked by significant roles in prominent companies, showcasing her ability to navigate the complex landscapes of human resource management effectively.
In her prior experience, Priyanka made impactful contributions at Sun Life Financial as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where she served for more than five years. Her role involved acting as an HR business partner for the Technology Team, overseeing the employee lifecycle from hiring to retirement, and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her expertise in strategic HR practices has been instrumental in fostering a productive and inclusive workplace environment.
Priyanka also played a pivotal role at R1 RCM, where she managed a team of over 400 resources, focusing on performance appraisals, employee engagement, and talent management. Her efforts were crucial in enhancing the organizational culture and improving employee experiences across multiple locations.
Earlier in her career, Priyanka held the position of Senior Manager Human Resources at 3CLogic, where she established the HR functions and contributed significantly to creating employee-friendly policies and a positive work culture. Her initiatives in campus hiring, performance management, and employee engagement set a strong foundation for the company’s HR practices.
