Before his latest appointment, Dow served as CTO at Yale and August U.S., where he was responsible for overseeing software, hardware, program management, and platform product management specifically for the Yale and August brands within the United States. His tenure here was preceded by an impactful role at ASSA ABLOY Group as the CTO for Smart Residential Solutions, where Dow led initiatives in smart security product development, including smart locks, cameras, and alarm systems.
Dow’s journey also includes significant contributions to August Home Inc., initially as Chief Technology Officer, a role in which he was pivotal in the development and management of software engineering, hardware engineering, and product management. His expertise was instrumental in August’s acquisition by ASSA ABLOY, marking a significant milestone in his career.
