Based in San Francisco, California, and operating in a hybrid model, Dow brings a wealth of experience to the role, having accumulated over two decades of expertise in technology development and leadership.
Before his latest appointment, Dow served as CTO at Yale and August U.S., where he was responsible for overseeing software, hardware, program management, and platform product management specifically for the Yale and August brands within the United States. His tenure here was preceded by an impactful role at ASSA ABLOY Group as the CTO for Smart Residential Solutions, where Dow led initiatives in smart security product development, including smart locks, cameras, and alarm systems.
