Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 — Shweta Jha has joined Alvarez & Marsal India as Managing Director – Business Transformation Services, bringing nearly two decades of experience in financial services consulting, digital transformation, and strategic leadership. In her new role, Shweta will focus on driving operational efficiency, digital modernization, and enterprise-level transformations for clients in the financial services sector.
Prior to this, Shweta served as Director and Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Deutsche Bank, where she was responsible for global initiatives supporting the bank’s transformation and growth agenda. Her leadership helped shape strategic decisions across retail and investment banking while anchoring performance improvement through data and AI-driven insights.
Earlier in her career, Shweta held leadership positions at Accenture, where she led digital transformation for banks, fintechs, and insurers; at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), where she focused on payment strategy; and at McKinsey & Company, where she served as a Summer Associate. Her foundational years at Global Analytics and her first stint at Accenture Consulting helped establish her cross-functional capabilities.
