He joins The Access Group with extensive experience in IT across Asia and Europe. He previously served as Head of HR at DHL Group IT Services in Malaysia, managing 1800 employees, and was Global HR Business Partner for Express, supporting 1500 employees worldwide. He also played a key role in scaling new IT sites in India from under 100 to 1200 employees across five cities.  This experience will be invaluable for ES as we continue to grow a world-class center in KL for Access.

Earlier, he worked with Danzas Asia/Pacific Management (later merged with DHL under DPWN) and IBM, where he successfully led the implementation of the ADIDAS project across Southeast Asia.

He will be based in KL and will be a full member of Caroline Fanning’s Global ES Senior Leadership Team, Chee Gay Lim’s KL GOC Senior Leadership Team, and the APAC ES Leadership Team.

Outside of work, Sik Kwang enjoys playing badminton, watching football with friends and family, and mentoring young professionals in his community.
