With over 20 years of diverse experience in human resources and operations management, Simone brings extensive expertise to her new role, where she will oversee HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
Simone Harper-Register has been with Pritchard Industries for approximately 3 years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Human Resources – Northeast for the company. In this capacity, she provided strategic HR leadership across the Northeast region, ensuring compliance, developing HR policies, and enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Before joining Pritchard Industries, Simone worked as a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant for Pritchard Industries, Inc & R&S Professional Industries, where she focused on recruitment strategies and talent acquisition.
Simone also has extensive experience in academia, having served as an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University for over 8 years, where she taught graduate-level courses in Hospitality Management and Human Resources Law.
In addition to her HR roles, Simone owned and operated R&S Professional Cleaning Services, LLC for 14 years, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities.
She also held significant HR and operational roles at Aramark, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Wyndham Worldwide, where she managed large teams, drove operational efficiency, and led HR initiatives that aligned with business goals.
