India, July 2024 – Gatha Dubey has taken on the role of Vice President Human Resources at INSIDEA. Bringing extensive experience in human resources management, Gatha is set to drive HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s continued growth and success.
Gatha Dubey has been with INSIDEA for one year. Prior to her current role, she served as the Head of HR, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in performance management, organizational development, and HR transformation.
Before joining INSIDEA, Gatha worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at PropVIVO, overseeing the HR team and implementing company policies to foster a healthy work environment. She also introduced innovative solutions to resolve employee complaints and improve departmental functions.
At LOGICWIND, she held the position of HR Manager and led the implementation of HR policies and procedures, managed recruitment processes, and nurtured a positive working environment. She also introduced and implemented HRIS and ATS software in the organization.
Gatha’s earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant for the KA Group of Companies, where she developed fair HR policies from scratch and managed employee grievances. She has also held various HR roles at other organizations, demonstrating her ability to adapt and excel in diverse environments.
