Khon Kaen, Thailand, August 2024 – Singha Sribusayakul has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Woxa Corporation. Bringing extensive experience in human resources management, Singha is set to lead HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s continued growth and success.
Singha Sribusayakul has been with Woxa Corporation for 7 months. Prior to his current role, he served as the Human Resources Manager, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in HR strategies, solutions, and systems to support business goals.
Before joining Woxa Corporation, Singha worked as Manager, Organization Development and Human Resources Development (Acting Compensation and Benefits) at KKF International Group (KIG). He generated HR strategies aligned with corporate direction, developed organizational infrastructure, managed workforce planning, and initiated programs to support HR management effectively.
At Mondelēz International, Singha held various roles including Sr. Technician Leader (CMMS and Store Control) and Customer Service & Logistics (Export). He collaborated with HR on organizational performance models, managed spare part stock, and maintained good business relationships with customers and government agencies.
Singha’s earlier experience includes working as an Officer at the Office of Mahasarakham National Farmer Council, where he planned annual agricultural development plans and disseminated agricultural information to farmers. He also served as a Sale and Marketing Executive at AsiaPay and a Project Coordinator at AAE Systems.
