Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – Sneha Sinha has joined Pocket FM as a Talent Acquisition Partner, bringing with her a strong background in talent strategy, hiring operations, and academic program leadership. In her new role, Sneha will support the company’s rapid growth by attracting and onboarding top talent for one of the world’s leading audio entertainment platforms.
Before joining Pocket FM, Sneha worked at Zepto for over three years, where she progressed from Talent Acquisition Intern to Manager II – Talent Acquisition. Her contributions were pivotal in building strong recruitment pipelines and driving a data-driven hiring process across roles. She played a key role in ramping up high-performing teams during Zepto’s growth phase.
Prior to that, Sneha was associated with upGrad as Senior Associate – Strategic Initiatives, where she coordinated the “Hire from upGrad!” campaign, aligning academia with career advancement for learners. She also spent nearly six years at St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, leading the Career Oriented Programme Department. There, she planned academic sessions, introduced market-relevant courses, and maintained strong industry and faculty partnerships.
Sneha holds an Executive Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, bringing a blend of corporate and academic acumen to her new position at Pocket FM.
