Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Bonito Designs, a part of Abhinandan Ventures, has appointed Snehajaa P. as Talent Acquisition Lead, strengthening its people and hiring leadership as the interior design brand continues to scale its operations in India’s premium home interiors market.
In her new role, Snehajaa P. will lead talent acquisition initiatives for Bonito Designs, supporting the organization’s growth across design, execution, and corporate teams. Based in Mumbai, she will play a key role in building hiring strategies aligned with Bonito Designs’ creative, customer-centric, and execution-driven business model.
Prior to joining Bonito Designs, Snehajaa P. served as Talent Acquisition Lead at TimesPro, where she spent over a year managing hiring initiatives and contributing to talent strategies across functions. Before that, she held the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Suminter India Organics, supporting recruitment for the organization during a focused growth phase.
Earlier in her career, Snehajaa P. worked with Reliance Brands Limited as a Human Resources Business Partner, gaining exposure to HRBP responsibilities including retention management. She also spent close to four years with HomeLane as Talent Acquisition Manager, where she built strong experience in scaling talent for design-led and consumer-facing businesses in the home and interiors ecosystem.
