CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., May 2024 – Quaker Houghton (NYSE: KWR) has officially announced the appointment of Tom Coler as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 10, 2024. Tom Coler will take over from Shane Hostetter, who has been in the role since 2021 and is set to leave the company for new opportunities after ensuring a smooth transition until August 4, 2024.
Andy Tometich, CEO and President of Quaker Houghton, expressed his confidence in Coler’s capabilities, noting, “Tom is an experienced financial executive with expertise in driving growth and leading transformation. He has demonstrated success as a CFO as well as in various financial leadership roles at both public and private companies. Tom Coler brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, and corporate development. Before his new role at Quaker Houghton, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Savage Companies. His prior roles include Vice President of Finance at H.B. Fuller Corporation and various senior financial positions at Polaris Industries, Ecolab Corporation, and Boston Scientific. Coler holds designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
