Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Minoo Mantri has taken on the role of Executive Vice President – Insurance at Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd, marking a significant leadership addition to the firm’s fast-growing insurance and distribution business. In this role, she will lead strategic expansion across life, general and health insurance verticals, strengthening Anand Rathi’s wealth and insurance integration for retail, HNI and UHNI client segments.
Minoo Mantri’s most recent professional chapter spans over three years at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, where she served as Senior Vice President, leading the corporate agency insurance business across life, general and health segments. Her responsibilities included onboarding insurance partners, driving cross-sell and upsell strategies, enabling digital journeys, training channel partners, and building scalable advisory frameworks that strengthened insurance distribution and portfolio integration.
Prior to this, she spent nearly five years at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where she served as Associate Vice President and Sales & Distribution Head – HNI Distribution. During this phase, she led multi-channel growth initiatives, scaled large sales teams across the country, built NRI and MSME insurance acquisition models, strengthened productivity through structured skilling programs, and drove strong year-on-year performance growth even during challenging market cycles.
She earlier held senior strategic leadership responsibilities at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance as Assistant Vice President – HNI Strategy, where she contributed to transformation initiatives, built national HNI capability frameworks, strengthened MDRT performance, and implemented high-impact sales excellence programs.
Her foundational career includes leadership and advisory roles across Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, independent HNI advisory practices, Hindustan Lever, and project and hospitality ventures, giving her more than two decades of cumulative exposure to insurance, wealth, client engagement, strategy and enterprise leadership.
