Richard Maclachlan, newly appointed as Chief Marketing Officer, joined Workhuman in 2021 and has rapidly ascended from VP of Integrated Strategy to SVP, Global Head of Marketing. Tasked with overseeing the Global Marketing team, Maclachlan’s role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities from brand management to revenue operations. He is set to refine Workhuman’s value propositions, ensuring they resonate well with both existing and potential clients.

Kevin Heinzelman, now Senior Vice President of Product Management, began his tenure at Workhuman in 2019 and has previously held various leadership roles. Heinzelman will manage Workhuman’s Product Management and Design, Business Analytics, and Workhuman iQ teams, driving forward the company’s AI initiatives. “By capitalizing on the unique strengths of each department and aligning our efforts into a unified strategy, we’re not just refining our product roadmap – we’re shaping the future of employee recognition and setting new benchmarks for innovation and technological excellence,” said Heinzelman.
Shmulik Barel, assuming the role of Vice President of Product Engineering, will focus on integrating human insights with AI to innovate efficiency and creativity in the workplace. Barel’s extensive experience in technology and operational leadership is expected to significantly enhance Workhuman’s product offerings. “Recognizing the evolving challenges in workforce management, including keeping employees engaged, productive, and motivated, my goal in joining Workhuman is to drive meaningful change through innovation powered by the synergy of human and artificial intelligence,” he commented.
Jose Malpartida, appointed as Vice President of Product Management for Recognition Solutions, brings over a decade of product management expertise.
