Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2024 – Manvi Bhalla has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Counsel India. In her new role, Manvi is set to oversee strategic HR operations and contribute to the company’s growth with her expertise in talent management and organizational development.
With a robust background in human resources, Manvi brings over a decade of experience to her new role. She previously served as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Compunnel Inc., where she was instrumental from October 2022 to April 2024 in enhancing HR strategies that significantly improved employee engagement and retention.
Before her tenure at Compunnel Inc., Manvi was deeply involved in strategic HR leadership and administration at Effectual Services from April 2017 until December 2021. During this period, she led several initiatives that streamlined processes and strengthened talent acquisition and development frameworks.
Her earlier roles include serving as a Manager of Human Resources at Media Mosaic from October 2013 to November 2015, where she successfully implemented innovative employee engagement and performance management programs that supported business objectives.
