Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 – Soma Pandey has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Infogain, a digital customer experience engineering leader. In her new role, Soma will lead the company’s global people strategy with a sharp focus on creating a future-ready, inclusive, and innovative workforce. She is expected to play a pivotal role in Infogain’s employee experience transformation and the development of next-generation STEM talent.
Soma most recently served as Leadership Advisor in a freelance capacity, where she focused on providing strategic guidance to emerging HR leaders and organizations navigating digital disruption and transformation.
Prior to this, Soma was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tredence Inc., where she helped strengthen the company’s people-first approach and supported its fast-paced global growth with initiatives in talent development, culture integration, and workforce strategy.
Earlier, Soma held the role of Global Lead – Talent Management at Cognizant, where she was instrumental in leading global programs for leadership development, talent mobility, and upskilling, contributing to the organization’s talent readiness in a highly dynamic business environment.
Soma also served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Firstsource for nearly five years. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives and built scalable HR models that supported rapid business growth across geographies.
In previous leadership roles, she held the position of Chief People Officer at Randstad India and Vice President – HR at Accenture, where she led critical change management, HR transformation, and inclusion programs. Her earlier experiences also include roles at Mastek UK Ltd. and ITC Limited, further enriching her broad and diverse HR background.
