Gurugram, Haryana ,India, February 2026 — Sonal Singh Chauhan has started a new role as Director – People, Brand & Strategy at GREEN EARTH. In this role, she is responsible for leading people strategy, organisational structuring, brand positioning, and strategic growth initiatives as the company continues to scale its operations across India.
In her current position, Sonal oversees talent acquisition, internal system structuring, and governance frameworks, including the development and implementation of SOPs, SOWs, ABCs, codes of conduct, and compliance processes. She is also actively involved in strategic planning, client engagement, prospective business development, and social media branding, with a focus on building organisations that are structured yet agile, combining strong systems, empowered teams, and a clear brand narrative.
Prior to joining GREEN EARTH, Sonal spent close to four years with Brookfield Properties, where she progressed through multiple roles within the human resources function. She served as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, supporting HR operations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and applicant tracking systems, after earlier roles as Management Trainee – Human Resources and Executive Trainee – Human Resources, gaining hands-on exposure to core HR processes and organisational development.
Earlier in her career, she gained foundational experience through internships with the Indian School of Hospitality, where she worked in human resources management, and The Oberoi, Gurgaon, where she was exposed to hospitality operations and people management practices.
