Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, February 2026 — Abdullah Alduraihim has started a new position as Director Human Capital Development at King Salman International Airport. In this role, he will lead strategic initiatives in human capital development to support the airport’s large-scale growth and transformation agenda aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Prior to his appointment, Abdullah Alduraihim served as Acting Director Human Capital Development and earlier as Talent Management Manager at King Salman International Airport, where he contributed to building talent and development frameworks for one of the region’s most ambitious infrastructure projects.
Before joining KSIA, he worked as Learning & Development Team Leader at Saudi Tadawul Group, strengthening organizational learning initiatives. He previously spent about five years at stc in multiple HR learning and business partner roles, supporting competency frameworks, succession planning, talent programs, and training systems. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation and MADAR Maintenance & Trading Co. Ltd, gaining experience in IT coordination and customer service.
