In her new role, Sonia will focus on enhancing people effectiveness within PwC’s Deals Strategy practice, driving innovative solutions to align talent strategies with business growth.
Sonia joins PwC following an impactful tenure as Director at Deloitte, where she successfully led strategic HR initiatives and transformation programs that contributed to significant business outcomes. Prior to that, she served as Vice President – People Strategy at Middle East Internet Group, where she steered people transformation initiatives across the Middle East region.
Her career also includes senior HR leadership roles at CMGRP India (Weber Shandwick), Quest Diagnostics, InterGlobe Enterprises, and IBM, where she was instrumental in driving talent and organizational development programs. Sonia’s experience across industries and regions equips her with deep insights into creating human-centric, agile, and future-ready organizations.
