Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2024 – Souvik Sarkar has been promoted to VP and Head – HR, Training and Performance Management for Domino’s India at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. In this new role, Souvik will lead the HR strategy, training, and performance management for over 6,500 employees at Domino’s, focusing on fostering a future-ready workforce and enhancing employee development to drive operational excellence.
Before this promotion, Souvik served as VP HR – Domino’s India, where he managed critical people strategies for the company and successfully partnered with business leaders to ensure organizational alignment and readiness for the future.
Prior to that, he held the position of AVP HR – Domino’s India, where he played a key role in spearheading initiatives related to employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational performance for the brand.
Souvik also brings experience from his time at Rupeek, where he was Director HR, leading HR functions and driving the organization’s human capital strategy. Additionally, he spent nearly six years at Airtel, where he led several HR technology, analytics, and employee experience programs that received both national and international recognition.
Souvik began his career at Citi as an AVP HR, managing HR functions for Citi@Work business and branch banking across India. He has also worked at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where he led talent acquisition across multiple states.
